口内支抗在尖牙后移中的应用研究

Effects of intraoral anchorage on cuspid movement

本研究的目的是探索口内支抗移动上颌尖牙的效果,在不使用口外支抗的情况下,使用腭弓、Ω曲、适当矫治力,使上颌尖牙向远中移动。结果96.56％的病例磨牙近中移动的距离小于2mm,说明适当利用口内支抗,在尖牙向远中牵引期间可较好地控制磨牙的移动。

The purpose of the study is to explore the controlling effect of intraoral anchorage on upper cuspids moved distally by using palatal bows ,Ormega loops and optimum orthodontic forces. The distances of molar mesial movement were less than 2mm in 96. 56% of the cases. The results showed that molar movement could be well controlled by the proper use of intraoral anchorage.
