Clincal tracing to the 48 early erupted premolars

为了观察早萌双尖牙的牙根发育情况,本研究收集临床48个早萌牙病例,摄牙片了解牙根状况。结果:部分早萌牙可出现疼痛等症状,但牙根均能继续正常发育。结论:乳磨牙早脱或严重龋坏,丧失咀嚼功能,是继承恒牙过早萌出的重要原因之一,只要上皮根鞘未被破坏,早萌牙牙根仍可正常发育。

The purpose of this study is to observe the root developing of the early erupted premolar. 48 early erupted premolars were traced and examined by radiography. All roots of the erupted premolars was developing normally or slightly early. Premolar early eruption is caused by the decduous molar missed or serious caries. The root of the early erupted premolar will develop normally as long as epithelial root sheath is not damaged.
