摘要 本文介绍液压仿形铣床微电脑控制系统的设计过程和运行情况.提出了机床的控制任务;基本加工顺序和人工调整及特殊要求;叙述了系统硬件;微电脑的选取,接口和强电控制电路的设计;论述了系统软件,包括主控制器的 I/O 地址分配,输出与输入信号间的关系的分析和综合,用逻辑代数法设计的程序流程图及其特点. This paper describes the desisn procedure of a microcomputer control system for a hydraulic form milling machine and its operational aspect.It besins with the task of machine tool control,including elementary procedure of milling operation and manual adjustment and particular requirements;and then it descr- ibes system hardwares,including selection of microcomputer and the design of interface and heavy-current control circuits;and finally it shows system softwares, including I/O address assignment of the master controller,analysis and synthe- sis on the relation of input and output signals,program flow chart designed by means of logic algebra and its characteristic.
