冷战结束以来，中国坚持走和平发展道路并取得举世瞩目的成就，同时亚太地区形势出现变化与发展，使美国新保守主义和日本右翼势力竭力打造的美日联手“遏制”中国的中美日三角关系出现了微妙且深刻的变化。中美日”友好合作”有益于东亚的稳定正在成为国际社会的普遍共识。

Meanwhile,the changes and development of the situation in the Asian-Pacific region have caused subtle and deep changes in the China-U.S.-Japan triangle relations within which U.S.and Japan have joined hands to 'contain' China.Increasingly,the international community shares the view that 'friendly cooperation' among China,the United States and Japan is conducive to the stability of the East Asian region.
