三论草地资源价值

ON THE VALUE OF GRASSLAND RESOURCES

如果说计划经济体制失败的原因是不让市场价格反映经济资源的价值的话,那么,市场经济体制失灵的原因就是不让市场价格反映自然资源的价值。草地资源是土地资源的重要组成部分,也是游牧民族赖以生存的基本生产资料。在劳动价值论基础上确定草地资源的价值实体、价值量,是资源经济学研究的新课题。劳动创造价值的理论,能够证明草地资源的价值,从而为畜牧业经济低代价增长、资源总量和环境容量扩大增长提供理论基础。

If the failure of planned economic system is due to the fact that market price is not allowed to reflect the value of economic resources, then the market-oriented economic system fails just because market price is not allowed to reflect the value of natural resources. Grassland resources are an important component of land resources, and are also the basic means of production that nomadic nationalities depend on. It is the new subject of resource economics to determine value entity and value quantity on the basis of labor value theory. The theory that labor creates value can prove the value of grassland resources, therefore, it offers the theoretical foundation for the low cost increase of animal husbandry and the increase of total resource and environmental capacity.
