呼和浩特市土地利用效益评价

EVALUATION OF LAND USE EFFICIENCY IN HOHHOT CITY

笔者从经济、社会和生态等三方面构建土地利用效益评价指标体系,采用主客观组合赋权法确定评价指标权重,运用综合指数模型计算效益评价分值,对呼和浩特市1996—2006年的土地利用效益进行了综合评价。结果表明:呼和浩特市土地利用综合效益整体呈上升趋势;土地利用综合效益逐年上升的发展态势得益于土地利用经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的提升。要实现土地资源的高效利用,应优化调整土地利用结构,提高土地利用效益;适当提高投入强度和调整投入结构并重,提升土地集约利用程度;重点抓好效益整体协调提高,积极促进各区域效益的协调平衡。

The author makes a comprehensive evaluation about the land use efficiency in Hohhot from 1996--2006 through establishing land use efficiency evaluation index system from the economic, social and ecological aspects, making use of objective and subjective synthetic approach to determine the index weight and using comprehensive index model to calculate efficiency. The findings indicate that the land use efficiency in Hohhot on the whole is ris- ing and it benefits from the promotion of economic, social and ecological efficiency. To use land resources efficiently, it is necessary to optimize and adjust land use structure, promote land use efficiency, appropriately enhance input-intensity and adjust input structure, and promote intensive land use, emphasize the coordinative promotion of comprehensive efficiency and actively promote the coordination and balance of efficiency between different areas.
