摘要
传统的部分PFC电路采用斩波电角度固定的调制方案,在大功率输出情况下,直流母线电压会跌落得比较厉害。鉴于此缺点,本文提出了一种基于无桥拓扑和斩波电角度可控的改进的部分PFC方案,该方案不仅能够提高后级逆变器的调制度,而且利于降低馈入电动机的谐波电压含量,扩大电动机的恒转矩范围。适用于输出电压范围宽、功率较高、对EMI要求较高的PFC应用场合,具有很好的应用价值。
Generally, the partial active power factor corrector (PAPFC) adopted invariable chopping angle modulation method, which caused serious decrease of ouput DC voltage in the heavy output power situation. Herein, a novel PAPFC is present here, based on the bridgeless PFC (BLPFC) topology and adopted variable chopping angle modulation method. With the new control method, the output DC voltage can be regulated through adjusting the angle of chopping area. Thus the modulation index of inverter can be increased, which will increase the motor torque range. The novel PAPFC has promising application prospects, much suitable for such application with wide DC voltage, high power PFC and high EMI sensitivity.
