摘要
为客观描述和把握我国行政伦理研究现状,本文通过对1996年—2007年间我国学术期刊所发表的行政伦理研究论文进行统计分析,发现我国行政伦理研究具有如下特征:所发表的论文呈逐年递增态势;发表论文的期刊有着较为广泛的分布度;发表论文的作者大多为具有公共行政学(及其相近学科)和哲学学科背景的高校教师;论文所涉及的主题大体可归十类。上述趋势与我国行政伦理学科的兴起与发展以及研究队伍的基本状况密切相关。
As an objective description of China＇s administration ethics and a grasp on its status quo, the paper conducts a statistical analysis of ethical research papers published by Cbina＇s academic journals from 1996 to 2007, which shows that： 1 ） the number of the papers increases year by year; 2） these papers were published on many kinds of journals; 3 ）most of the authors are teachers from colleges and universities who have the background of public administration （or related subjects） and philosophy; 4） the topics of these papers can be categorized into 10 kinds, among which the general questions and construction on administrative ethnics were more concerned than others ; 5 ） the distribution of publishing time,, journal and authors also has some features. The trend is closely related with the forming and development as well as the basic status of the research teams.
