城市社区网络治理：内涵、建构与实证

Governing by Network In Urban Community:Theoretical and Empirical Explorations

我国城市自开展社区建设以来,成就有目共睹。但随着社区建设的深入,软硬件发展不协调、居民参与缺乏等深层次问题开始涌现,影响了城市社区的可持续性发展。未来的城市社区发展模式应如何构建,是亟待解决的难题。本文在网络治理理论基础上,通过对城市社区网络治理的内涵探讨、建构和实证研究,指出要解决这一问题,必须变革城市社区治理模式,探索出一条适合我国国情的城市社区网络治理之路。

Great achievements have been made since the development of urban community building project in China. However, new problems such as the lack of residents＇ participation and imbalance of ＂hardware＂ and ＂software＂ have also occurred in the deepening of community building project, which in turn harm the continuous development of urban community. It remains a challenge to build up a future-oriented community development model. On the basis of network governance theory, this paper explores the essences of urban community network governance and empirically studies its application in China. It points out the necessity of urban community governance innovation and calls for a path for urban network governance building with Chinese characteristics.
