根系分泌物体系中五氯酚测定方法研究

Determination of Pentachlorophenol in Root Exudates of Sunflower by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometric Method

摘要 以向日葵(Helianthus annnus)的根系分泌物为研究对象,建立了采用紫外分光光度法测定根系分泌物中疏水性有机污染物PCP方法。实验结果如下:最佳吸收波长为215nm;标准曲线方程为Y=0.1269X+0.1193,r=0.9997;方法检出限为0.025mg/L;样品加标回收率为61.01%~104.98%,相对标准偏差低于0.3%。可见,利用此方法测定根系分泌物体系中PCP具有灵敏度高、准确度好、操作简单、快捷,重复性好等优点,适宜于研究植物修复过程中五氯酚的批量测定。 Taking the root exudates of sunflower as study object, the determination of the hydrophobic organic pollutants PCP in root exudates was set up by UV spectrophotometer. Results as follows :the best determing wavelength was 215 nm, the linear regressive equation was Y = 0. 126 9X +0. 119 3, the correlation coefficient r was 0. 999 7 ; the detection limit were 0. 025 mg/L; the recovery range was 78.48% - 103.93% ,the relative standard division (RSD) obtained was less than 3% (n = 6). This method is convenient, fast and good reproducibility, sensitivity and accuracy, it' s applicable for bath determination of pentachlorophenol in the course of study its phytoremediation.
