摘要 为了解决油田潜油泵电机三相电流不平衡、缺相、短路、超载、欠载、过热等问题,减少电机和潜油泵的故障率,研究了开发新一代油田潜油泵的智能电机保护控制仪。采用微电脑技术,控制灵活、易于操作、便于携带和故障率低,可以大幅度降低油田因电机或潜油泵损坏的作业成本。 It is necessary to develop a new generation intelligent oilfield submersible pump motor protection controller in order to solve imbalance, phase failure, short circuit, overload, underload, overheating problems of oilfield submersible pump motor three-phase current and reduce the failure rate of electric motor and submersible pump. The developed controller has the advantages of flexible control, easy to operate, convenient to carry and low failure rate using microcomputer technology. Therefore, the operating costs due to the damage of electrical motor or submersible pump can be significantly reduced
