摘要 以甲壳素为原料,采用连续操作、不分离中间产物的方法合成了羧甲基取代度1.08的水溶性N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖,分别用红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振谱(1HNMR)对其结构进行了表征。进一步通过重构插层法制备羧甲基壳聚糖/Mg-Al双层氢氧化物复合物,X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)分析表明双层氢氧化物的片层已经被层离,N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖是一种有效的插层剂。 N, O-Carboxymethyl chitosan ( N, O-CMCS) with a degree of substitution 1.08 and high aqueous sol- ubility was synthesized by a continuous procedure using chitin as starting material at the presence of isopropyl alcohol as the swilling agent and sodium hydroxide as alkalinity agent. The resulting carboxymethyl chitosan was characterized by FTIR and ^1H NMR spectra. Further, the carboxymethyl chitosan/Mg-Al layered double hydroxide (LDH) composite was prepared by the intercalation method. The XRD demonstrated that the LDHs are exfoliated in the N,O-CMCS matrix and N,O-CMCS is an effective intercalating material for LDH.
