基于ITK、MITK和MFC的医学图像分割与显示

摘要 ITK是一个专门针对医学影像分割和配准的开发包,提供了几乎所有主流的医学影像分割和配准算法,但是它并没有实现可视化的功能。MITK是由中国科学院自动化研究所开发的集成化的医学影像处理与分析C++类库。MITK具有一致接口、可复用、灵活高效等特点,但是其算法还不够丰富。本文结合ITK和MITK的特点,建立以Visual C++6.0的MFC为基础的用户界面,利用MITK解决ITK的可视化问题。并以Fast Marching算法分割脑部二维DICOM图像为例,介绍ITK、MITK在MFC下应用程序开发的过程。 ITK is a development toolkit for medical image segmentation and registration. Although it has provided almost all algorithms, it can't be visualized. MITK is a C + + library for integrated medical image processing and analyzing developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. MITK has following advantages, such as interfaces consistency, repeatability, and high efficiency, but its algorithms are not diverse. The visualization problem is aim to solve for ITK by MITK which is based on MFC, and combine ITK, MITK and MFC to develop application for 2D DIOCM image segmentation with the implementation of fast marching algorithm.
