摘要 通过对延迟焦化装置的腐蚀机理的深入研究。采用挪威船级社(DNV)开发的ORBIT ONSHORE软件对天津石化的延迟焦化装置进行了定量RBI分析。并通过风险分析结果给出了检验策略,提出了合理的降低风险的措施。 Through research delayed coking unit of the corrosion mechanism, the quantitative analysis of Riskbased Inspection was used to analyze the equipments of Tianjin Petrochemical delayed coking unit by using the ORBIT ONSHORE software developed by DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV). And through risk analysis of the test results are given strategy, a reasonable risk-reduction measures are ProPosed.
