摘要
目的探讨高压氧对家免随意皮瓣毛细血管增殖作用的机制。方法建立家兔背部随意皮瓣模型,予高压氧治疗,观察3d和7d时对照组和高压氧组皮瓣的成活情况,皮瓣中毛细血管密度及血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1)含量的变化情况。结果3d和7d时,高压氧组皮瓣的成活面积明显高于对照组(P〈0.01);皮瓣毛细血管密度明显高于对照组(3d时P〈0.05,7d时P〈0.01);3d和7d时,高压氧组皮瓣VEGF表达明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),HIF-1、表达明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论高压氧治疗提高随意皮瓣成活率的机制之一可能是通过增加皮瓣组织中VEGF的表达而促进新生毛细血管形成,高压氧治疗可下调皮瓣组织中HIF—1的表达。
Objective To explore the capillary mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment on random skin flaps of rabbits. Methods Random skin flaps models were established on the back of rabbits and HBO treatment was performed to rabbits in HBO group. The survival area of skin flaps, detected capillary. density and contents of VEGF, HIF-1 on the 3rd day and the 7th day were observed, respectively. Results Compared with those in control group, there were statistical siguificances in the survival area of skin flaps and the content of VEGF in the HBO group on the 3rd day and the 7th day ( P 〈0.01 ). The capillary density and the capillary density in the HBO group were higher than those in the control group on the 3rd day (P 〈 0.05 ) and the 7th day (P 〈0.01 ), respectively. The content of HIF-I in the HBO group was lower than that in the control group on the 3rd day and the 7th day (P 〈0.05 ). Conclusions One of HBO treatment maehanisons maybe that HBO can increase expression of VEGF, and further improve the survival rate of skin flaps. HBO treatment can decrease the expression of HIF-I in skin flaps.
