摘要
目的探讨6种血浆指标与噪声性听觉损伤易感性的关系。方法123只雄性健康豚鼠(体质量280~320g)随机分为为对照组(非噪声暴露,10只)和噪声暴露组(113只)。检测噪声暴露前后豚鼠脑十诱发电位阈。根据暂时性听阈偏移分布,利用百分位数法确定易感组(10只)和不易感组(10只),检测2组豚鼠血浆钾、钠、氯、钙、磷和镁等6种指标,分析2组间6种指标差异。结果易感组与不易感组钾、钠、氯、钙和磷含量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而血浆镁含量差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论低镁可能是豚鼠噪声性听觉损伤易感的一个诱发因素。
Objective To investigate relationship between suseeptbility of guinea pig' s noise-induced hearing and six kinds of index in plasma. Methods One hundred and twenty-three male healthy guinea pigs (280-320 g) were randomly divided into two groups: control group( no noise exposure, 10 animals)and noise exposure's group( 113 animals). Thresholds of auditor)' brainstem responses(ABR) were measured before and after noise exposure. Based on the distributing of temporary hearing loss (TIPS), the susceptible group (10 animals) and unsusceptible group ( 10 animals) of noise-induced hearing loss were decided by method of percentiles. Levels of kalium, natrium, chlorine, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium were examined and analyzed. Results Compared with susceptible group, there was a significant difference in magnesium ( P 〈 0. 05) ,whereas no significant differences were found in kalium, natrium, chlorine, calcium and phosphorus in unsusceptible group( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Lowness of magnesium maybe one of the causative factors to susceptibility of guinea pig' s noise-induced hearing loss.
