护生心理健康与学业自我效能感的相关研究

A correlative study on mental health and course of study perceived self-efficacy of nursing students

[目的]探讨护生心理健康状况与学业自我效能感及其相互关系,为护生的心理保健和学院的教学改革提供参考依据。[方法]用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和学业自我效能感调查问卷对2006级、2007级护理专业102名护生的心理健康状况和学业自我效能感进行评定。[结果]①SCL-90得分中除躯体化和敌对因子外,护生各因子的得分均显著高于全国青年组常模。②男生学习能力自我效能感得分高于女生,差异具有统计学意义;2007级护生学习行为自我效能感高于2006级护生,差异具有统计学意义。③心理健康水平与学业自我效能感存在较高的相关性。[结论]心理健康与学业自我效能感存在相关性,通过加强学业自我效能感,特别是学习能力自我效能感有助于提高护生心理健康水平。

Objective. To probe into the mutual relationship between psycho- logical health of nursing students and course of study perceived self - effica- cy, and to provide evidences for psychological health of nursing students and teaching reform of colleges. Methods： A total of 102 nursing students of 2006; and 2007 grade were evaluated on psychological health and course of study perceived self--efficacy by adopting SCL - 90 and course of study per- ceived self- efficacy questionnaire. Results： （1）Except somatization and hos- tility factors, scores of other factors in SCL - 90 of nursing students were higher than that of common model of youth age group in China. （2） In terms of learning ability perceived self- efficacy, the scores of male students were higher than that of female students. There was statistical significant differ- ence between them. In terms of the scores of learning behavior perceived self -efficacy, nursing students of grade 2006 were higher than that of grade 2007. There was statistical significant difference between them. （3） There was higher correlation between psychological health level and course of study perceived self- efficacy of nursing students. Conclusion： There is correlation between psycholo^fical health level and course of study perceived self-effica- cy, Through strengthening course of study perceived self - efficacy of nursing students especially learning ability perceived self - efficacy is helpful to enance psychological health level of nursing students.
