摘要 目的探讨RON在肾肿瘤中的表达以及RON表达与肾肿瘤局部侵袭和分化程度的关系。方法利用免疫组化法测定48例肾透明细胞癌、20例嫌色细胞癌、3例嗜酸性细胞腺瘤肿瘤组织RON表达。结果RON在肾嫌色细胞癌中表达强度最高,透明细胞癌其次,而在嗜酸性细胞腺瘤中最低,但无统计学意义差异;透明细胞Fuhrman核分级3-4级阳性表达强度高于核分级1或2级(P<0.05);肿瘤直径>7cm的RON表达强度大于<7cm病例;RON在存在肾盂侵袭的病例中有较高表达的趋势。结论RON肾细胞癌的演进中可能起重要作用。 Purpose To explore the relationship between the expression of RON and local invasion as well as the differentiation of renal tumors. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of RON in 48 clear cell renal carcinomas, 20 chromophobe renal cell carcinomas and 3 oncocytomas. Results RON expressed in cytoplasm and membrane of the most tumor cells. In clear cell renal carcinomas, staining intensity in the cases of Grades 3 and 4 of Fuhrman was much higher than that in the Grades 1 and 2 ( P 〈 0. 05 ). It was highest in the cases of chromophobe renal cell carcinoma, less in clear cell renal carcinoma and least in oncocytoma, but there were no significant differences. The expression of RON in the cases that tumor's size was over 7 cm in diameter was higher than that in those of less than 7 cm. There was a trend of higher expression in those cases of invading the renal pelvis. Conclusions RON may play an important role in the progress of renal cell carcinoma.
