无支撑管的胰管-空肠黏膜吻合法临床应用

摘要
胰十二指肠切除术（pancfaficoduodenectomy，PD）是治疗壶腹周围疾病最常规的手术方式。然而，胰瘘仍然是PD最严重的并发症，发生率为6％～24％，死亡率为40％。胰管-空肠黏膜吻合法斟其对合合理，胰瘘发生率低，是常用的胰肠重建方式。2007年1月至2007年6月，我们在胰管-空肠黏膜吻合法的基础上再作改进，对36例行胰十二指肠切除术患者均采用无支撑管的胰管-空肠黏膜吻合法，取得了较好的效果，现报道如下。
