髂内动脉化疗联合膀胱局部灌注治疗中晚期膀胱癌

Treatment for middle and advanced stage of bladder cancer through intra-internal iliac artery infusion chemotherapy

目的:探讨术后髂内动脉介入灌注及栓塞在治疗中晚期浸润性膀胱癌的疗效。方法:对我院1995年1月～2006年1月32例膀胱部分切除术后,髂内动脉灌注及栓塞联合膀胱灌注化疗治疗的中晚期膀胱癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:32例患者5年生存率为80.77%。术后2年内无因肿瘤进展死亡,仅肿瘤局部复发3例。至随访截止日期,死于术后肿瘤进展共6例。结论:髂内动脉化疗栓塞是中晚期膀胱癌膀胱部分切除术后的一种有效的辅助治疗方法,能明显提高患者的5年生存率。

Objective：To study the clinical effects of intra-internal iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization for middle and advanced stage of bladder cancer after the operation. Methods ：The clinical data of 32 cases of partial cysteetomy combined with intra-internal iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization after the operation were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital fi＇om 1995 to 2006. Results ： All the 32 cases were followed up for 2 to 6 years. No patient died of tumor progression in 2 years after the operation（0/32）. The 5-year survival rate for this group patients was 80. 77% （21/26）. Tumor partly recurrence happened in 3 cases in 2 years after the operation. Till cut-off date, there were 6 cases died of tumor progression after the operation. Conclusion ：Intra-internal iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization might be served as an adjuvant therapy for middle and advanced stage of bladder cancer after partial cystectomy. This method can reserve bladder function, which is an effective therapeutic method for patients with middle and advanced stage of bladder cancer, and the 5-year survival rate of bladdercancer could be further improved.
