超声在睾丸疾病诊断中的应用

Application of ultrasonography in testicular diseases

目的探讨超声检查在睾丸疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法本文对49例经二维和彩色多普勒超声诊断(以下简称CDFI)的睾丸疾病的声像图特征及彩色多普勒血流特点进行总结,并结合手术及病理结果进行综合分析。结果49例睾丸疾病中睾丸肿瘤31例,占63.27%。其它为睾丸炎6例,占12.24%;睾丸扭转4例,占8.16%;睾丸外伤6例,占12.24%;睾丸微石症2例,占4.1%。结论超声对睾丸肿瘤的良恶性诊断具有很高的敏感性和准确性,对睾丸扭转、睾丸炎、睾丸外伤等疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要作用,是诊断睾丸疾病最理想的检查方法。

Objective To evalute the application value of uhrasonography in the dignosis of testicular diseases. Methods We analyzed the characteristics of two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging in 49 cases with testicular diseases and compared with the results of pathology and operation. Results In 49 cases, there were 31（63.27%） testicular tumors; 6 （12.24%）orehitis; 4 （8.316%） testieular torsion; 6 testis injury （12.24%） and 2 testiscular microlithiasis （4.1%）. Conclusion Uhrasonography is sensitive and accurate in the diagnosis of testicular tumours, and plays an important role in identifying emergency cases of scrotum, such as orchitis, testicular torsion and testis injury. It is the most ideal method in diagnosing testicular diseases.
