609例清洁手术预防使用抗菌药物分析

Analysis of utilization of antibacterial drugs in 609 aseptic operations

目的了解清洁手术抗菌药物预防使用情况,并评价其合理性。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2007年4-6月清洁手术病例预防使用抗菌药物的品种、用药频度、联合用药、用药时间、疗程等进行调查分析。结果609例清洁手术中有456例应用抗菌药物预防感染,使用率达74.9%;其中术后用药不超过48 h的有345例,占75.7%,使用时机及疗程不合理的占24.3%。结论应加强清洁手术抗菌药物预防使用的管理。

AIM To find out the situation of the use of preventive antibacterial drugs in aseptic operations and to evaluate the rationality of antibacterial drugs use. METHODS A survey of the preventive use of antibacterial drugs in aseptic operations was made during April. 2007 to June. 2007 and evaluated the kinds, frequency, combined adminstration, course and effectiveness, ete were evaluated. RESULTS Preventive antibacterial drugs had been used in 74.9% aseptic operations ;75.7 % from them had been used not more than 48 h and 24.3 % had been used unreasonabley in the using occasion and period. CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen the management of preventive antibacterial drugs in aseptic operations.
