摘要
对精铸硅溶胶型壳质量控制进行了全面介绍。原辅材料的控制包括粘结剂,涂料添加剂和耐火材料的质量控制;涂料工艺性能的质量控制,包括涂料的流动性、覆盖性、均性性、稳定性等方面;对型壳生产过程的质量控制,包括涂料的合理配制方法以及涂料工艺性能的调整,模组的浸涂、撒砂、型壳干燥、脱蜡、高温焙烧等。
Quality control of sol silicate shell mold in investment casting was described,including adhesive agent,coating additive and refractory. In addition,quality control of coating processing performance was introduced including fluidity,coverability,homogeneity and stability. Shell-making process was expounded to improve the quality of shell mold,such as proper proportion of coating,adjustment of coating processing performance,stuccoing,drying shell-mold,dewaxing and high temperature baking.
