摘要
将网状钴铬钼合金材料用于人工活性骨的骨架材料。利用快速成型技术制得拟替换的骨骼的网状原型,再利用自行筛选的可溶性无机材料及上压渗流铸造工艺来制备网状钴铬钼合金,探讨其制备的工艺参数。试验表明,采用该方法可以获得连通性好的网状钴铬钼合金,为其在人工骨骨架方面的应用研究打下了良好的基础。
The reticular Co-Cr-Mo alloy material are used as got-up active bones. The rapid prototyping technology is used to produce the bones' reticular prototype that plans to be displaced. The fusible inorganic material and upper-pressure infiltration foundry technology were used to produce reticular Co-Cr-Mo alloy, the technical parameters of this method were studied in this paper. The experiment indicates that using this method can obtain reticular Co-Cr-Mo alloy with good connectedness, which lays a good foundation for the application of the alloy in the got-up bones.
