摘要
用注射成形的方法制备钨合金材料(95W),对其抗拉强度、延伸率、冲击韧性、硬度和密度进行测试,采用扫描电镜观察材料的显微结构和断口形貌,用电子探针对材料的元素组成进行电子能谱分析,并与压制烧结方法制备的钨合金材料性能进行比较。结果表明,脱脂不完全造成的残碳使MIM钨合金材料的拉伸强度和冲击韧性略低于压制烧结法制备的材料,脱脂时微粒的相对移动导致MIM材料的密度略高于压制烧结工艺制得的材料。
Tungsten alloy (95W) was prepared by the method of metal injection molding. The properties of the materials, such as tensile strength, elongation, impact toughness, hardness and density were tested. The microstructure was observed under the scanning electron microscope.and the element composition of the MIM tungstern alloy was analyzed by electron spectroscopy analysis (EPMA). The properties of metal injection molded tungsten alloy were compared with those of the compacted and sintered tungsten alloy. The results show that the residual carbon resulting from incomplete debinding may lead to the tensile strength and impact toughness of the MIM material slightly lower than that of the compacted and sintered material, and the relative displacement of metal particles when the thermal debinding can result in the higher density of MIM material than that of the compacted 3nd sintered.
