新型颜色传感器TCS230应用于CRRT机漏血检测的可行性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:漏血检测是血液净化设备(CRRT)的一项基本要求,研究新型高分辨率颜色传感器TCS230在漏血检测中应用的可行性。方法:采用发光二极管(LED)为光源,可编程彩色光到频率转换的TCS230器件为颜色传感器设计非接触式漏血检测电路,构建模拟的漏血检测试验平台。引入HSL颜色空间法将RGB数值转换为HSL值,根据色相H值确定颜色变化。结果:试验结果表明该非接触式检测装置能够从正常和漏血两种模拟模式中鉴别出漏血状态。结论:试验验证了TCS230传感器可用于CRRT机漏血检测,简化检测装置结构。另外,由于采用相对检测原理,该装置对光源无特殊要求,可降低检测装置费用。 Objective: Blood-leak detection is a key basic requirement in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) equipment. Thus, the feasibility of the application of a new color sensor TCS230 in CRRT equipment for blood-leak detecting is investigated. Methods: Using a light-emitting diode (LED) as light source and a programmable color light-to-fi-equency conveter TCS230 as color sensor designed a non-contact blood-leak detecting circuit and constructed a blood-leak detection exp erimental simulation platform. The HSL color space method was adopted to convert the RGB values to HSL values. Thereafter the detected color was determined in accordance with the changes of H hue values. Results: The experimental results show that the non-contact detection device is able to distinguish the blood leak status from the normal condition and blood-leak condition which are two simulation working models. Conclusions: From the experimental verification conclusions can be drawn that the color sensor TCS230 is feasibly applied to blood-leak detecting, and it can simplify the structure of detection device. Furthermore, the relative detection method is introduced, so the special light source of detection device is not required and thus the device cost will be reduced.
