摘要
色心晶体红外荧光信号在检测过程中,尤其检测其变化值会遇到一种十分微弱的光信号。为了将这种微弱光信号从各种干扰噪声中准确地检测记录下来,本文分析了各种干扰的起因,研究了相应的抗干扰技术,并在色心晶体荧光光谱仪组装过程中得到实际应用,提高了整机的信噪比,结果较为满意。
Color Center Crystal IR fluorescent Signal met With in detection, especially in detection of its variation value, is generally a very weak one. For accurately detecting and recording this weak optical signal with various interference noises as its background, this paper presents here various anti- interference techniques and measures. The paper bgins with cause analysis of interferences, and then goes on to the corresponding anti-interference techniques. Of which the application to the package of color center crystal fluorescent spectrometer is a successful one as shown by the rising of signa(?) noise ratio.
