钨丝增强锆基非晶合金复合材料动态变形特征研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)装置,对体积分数为60%和80%的钨丝增强锆基非晶合金复合材料进行了动态压缩实验,采用 X 射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了复合材料的原始组织以及动态变形特征和断口形貌。结果表明:在动态压缩载荷作用下,W 丝/Zr 基非晶复合材料没有明显的屈服现象即发生断裂;试样的动态压缩强度随着钨丝体积分数的增加而增加,体现了钨丝增强体对复合材料显著的强化作用;试样发生剪切断裂和纵向劈裂,在变形过程中钨丝发生劈裂并有屈曲失稳和翘起,非晶基体表现为软化后的脉状花样和脊状形貌,钨丝体积分数的不同,复合材料呈现出不同的断口特征。 Dynamic deformation and fracture behavior of tungsten fiber reinforced Zr-based amorphous matrix composites, at room temperature in compression, were investigated by means of SplitHopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB), and the phase structure and failure surface were identified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It is found that the samples fail without obvious yielding under compressive loading, composites have very high values in their dynamic compressive strength, and the dynamic compressi.ve strength increases with the W filler volume fraction increasing. Tile failure mode is a mixed mode combining shear with the W fiber buckling and splitting, etc, ngated ridge-like structure (melted belts) and vein-like patterns are observed on the fracture ,surface of Zr-based amorpons.the eomposites show various fracture surface with different W fiber eontent.
