摘要
利用帽型试样在 Hopkinson 压杆上测试锻造退火态钨合金的动态应力-应变关系,通过计算拟合钨合金材料Johnson-Cook 本构关系中的5个待定参量,建立帽型试样的有限元模型。采用两种不同的网格划分,在剪切区域内采用细密的网格,并逐渐过渡到粗糙网格。利用有限元分析软件 LS-DYNA 模拟钨合金帽型试样在冲击载荷下绝热剪切带的形成过程,与试验观察结果一致,对于理论分析和试验具有一定的参考和指导作用。
Dynamic properties of the tungsten heavy alloys were investigated using a hat specimen on the Hopkinson rod of Split Compression. Five material constants of Johnson-Cook model were determined by numerical simulation. Based on the finite element of hat specimen, the formation of adiabatic shear bands in hat specimen of tungsten heavy alloys under impact loading was simulated by the finite element software of LS-DYNA. Comparison with the existing experimental results was made showing good agreement. The work of the paper can be a reference for further experiment and theoretical analysis.
