摘要
介绍近年来由德国汉诺威大学开发的汉诺威分析仪,利用该分析仪可以对焊接过程电参数进行精确的统计分析,自动生成电弧电压、焊接电流的波形图,电弧电压和焊接电流概率密度分布曲线以及熔滴短路时间 T_1、电弧的燃弧时间T_2、加权燃弧时间 T_3和短路周期 T_C 频数分布图,并且精确地得出相关数据。试验结果表明,汉诺威分析仪能提供丰富的焊接电弧物理参数信息,为熔滴过渡形态判断、焊接材料工艺性评价以及焊接材料产品质量监测提供实验依据。
A new system has been developed by University of Hanover of Germany, which based on statistical analysis, is capable of yielding the oscillograms of arc voltage and welding current automatically. The system is also able to provide the probability density distribution of arc voltages, welding current, molten drop short-circuiting time T1, burning time T2, weighted burning time T3and short-circuiting cycle time Tc, as well as interrelated data precisely. The results of the tests indicated that the plentiful parameters of welding arc physics, which are captured from HANNOVER ANALYSTOR, could provide experimental foundation for judgment of metal transfer forms, evaluation of welding materials usability and monitor of production quality of welding materials.
