摘要
用主成分分析的方法,对LF精炼炉合金加料的实际数据进行处理,建立合金加料多元线性回归模型,用另外的30组实际样本数据对模型进行预测验证,将预测结果同未进行数据处理所建立的合金加料多元线性回归模型预测结果进行比较,显示主成分分析后所建模型具有较好的预测效果。
The paper processed the real data of the alloy feed of LF finer and established the alloy feed model of multiple regression using the method of principal component analysis, then forecasted and tested the model using other 30 groups of real sample data. Finally, it compared predictive result with the result of multiple regression alloy feed model without data processing, and displayed that it had a better predictive result after principal component analysis.
