金属丝束的动态拉伸测试及动态拉伸性能 被引量:2

Dynamic tensile measurements and dynamic tensile properties of wire bundles

摘要 利用自行设计制造的动态拉伸装置及薄壁杆组合夹头测试了铜、铝、钢三种金属丝束的动态力学性能。为了考查金属丝束动态抗拉强度的应变率效应,在相同夹持和相同环境条件下利用万能材料实验机测试了金属丝束静态拉伸曲线。动态拉伸结果和静态拉伸结果的对比说明金属丝束具有应变率效应,其动态抗拉强度高于静态抗拉强度,对于该三种金属丝束而言,动态拉伸失效应变也大于静态拉伸失效应变。 The dynamic mechanical properties of three kinds of wire bundle (copper, aluminum and steel wire bundles) had been measured by using the dynamic tensile device and combination clamp with thin rod designed by ourselves. In order to assess the effects of the strain rate on the tensile strength of the wire bundles, the static properties of the wire bundles were measured by using universal material testing machine with the same clamp and the same conditions as in the dynamic measurements. It was shown from the comparison of the dynamic tensile results with the static results that there were effects of strain rate in the tensile wire bundles, i.e. the dynamic tensile strength of the wire bundles was higher and the dynamic tensile fracture strain was larger than that in static test.
