摘要
使用钨极氩弧焊(TIG)电弧作为热源,对5356铝合金零件的快速成形进行了研究。研究表明,同一层成形时对不同焊道间的冷却时间进行控制可以获得较好的成形效果,而对整个成形件而言不同层之间冷却时间的合理控制对获得良好的成形效果同样起着至关重要的作用。同时还发现在后续焊接中采用不同的焊接速度虽然可以有效的控制热输入量,但是如果焊接速度的差异过大将导致成形过程的稳定性变差。
The rapid prototyping of 5356 aluminum alloy parts was researched with arc of argon tungsten-arc welding as the heat source. Results show that, in the same layer, better shape effect can be achieved by controlling the cooling time between different beads. As for the whole parts, it is also significant to control the cooling time between layers. And in the following process, the heat input can be well controlled by using different welding speed. But if the difference is too large, the stability of forming will fall.
