摘要
针对预应力碳纤维复合材料板(CFRP板)加固的钢筋混凝土矩形截面梁,应用梁底面、粘结层间和CFRP板之间的变形协调条件,推导出了一个理论模型。应用该模型计算得到了预应力释放完毕状态下CFRP板的正应力以及粘结层间的剪应力沿梁跨长的分布,进而得到了该状态下CFRP板的预应力水平。随后将计算得到的CFRP板的预应力水平与试验结果进行对比,结果吻合良好。
In this paper, an analytical model is proposed for a rectangular reinforced concrete beam strengthened by prestressed CFPR plate based on the deformation compatibility conditions between the beam, adhesive and CFRP plate. At the end of prestress releasing stage, the distributions of tensile stresses in the CFRP plate and interfacial shear stresses in the adhesive layer along the beam span are obtained in an analytical manner. Then the remained prestress level of the CFRP plate is given. Compared with the experimental results, the calculated prestress levels of CFRP plates show good agreement with the measured ones.
