摘要
利用青岛地区主要商品混凝土供应站制作的试块和工地送检的试块,按照检测技术规程要求测定试块的声速、回弹、碳化深度、抗压强度值,共采集了2300多组有效数据。对检测数据进行了回归拟合,建立了青岛地区商品混凝土超声—回弹综合测强曲线。运用商品混凝土试块检测数据及工程结构检测数据对国家、山东省普通混凝土综合测强曲线和青岛商品混凝土综合测强曲线进行了误差分析和验证对比,结果表明青岛商品混凝土综合测强曲线具有较高的检测精度,适合在青岛地区进行商品混凝土无损测强。
More than 2300 series test data of commercial concrete in Qingdao area were utilized to establish the ultrasonic-rebound strength curve for commercial concrete. Based on the error analysis and the comparison between the national and Shandong curve, the superiority of Qingdao curve is testified. Certified by the site test data of actual engineering, Qingdao curve can satisfy the precision requirement and is suitable for Qingdao area.
