摘要 为了研究抗拉强度对钢板抗弹性能的影响,利用12.7mm穿甲燃烧弹对18mm厚不同抗拉强度的40CrNi2Mo钢板进行抗弹性能测试。观察不同弹速下钢板出现的损伤形貌,弹坑周围裂纹和绝热剪切带的形成位置和数量,评定背面强度极限。分析不同抗拉强度钢板的穿甲机理。结果表明:抗弹性能随着抗拉强度的提高,呈现非单调变化的趋势;抗拉强度在1270MPa以下,钢板出现塑性扩孔破坏,弹坑周围基本不形成绝热剪切带与裂纹;抗拉强度在1270MPa至1700MPa之间,由于绝热剪切带的形成与扩展,钢板损伤形式由塑性扩孔向冲塞破坏转变;抗拉强度超过1700MPa,由于板内裂纹的形成与扩展,钢板出现崩落。 To study the influence of tensile strength on ballistic behavior of steel targets,armor piercing projectiles of diameter 12.7 mm were fired at 40CrNi2Mo steel targets of 18mm thickness with different tensile strength.The primary results were obtained by evaluation of army ballistic limit,and observation of impact craters,the number and location of adiabatic shear bands and cracks.The penetration mechanics of steel targets with different tensile strength were analyzed.The results show that the army ballistic limit varies non-monotonically with increasing tensile strength.When tensile strength is below 1270MPa,ductile hole enlargement failure is observed in the steel targets,no adiabatic shear bands and cracks are found around impact craters.In the range of 1270~1700MPa,the failure mode changes from ductile hole enlargement to plugging failure because of the initiation and propagation of adiabatic shear bands.Above 1700MPa,spalling is observed in the steel targets because of the initiation and propagation of cracks in targets.
