轧制铝合金叠层板变形量与结合强度的关系初探 被引量:1

摘要 叠层材料是由两种或两种以上的合金采用压力加工方法制备而成的二层或多层的复合材料。应用热轧法将两种性能不同的铝合金轧制复合而成叠层板,采用剪切试验对不同变形量和热处理的叠层板进行结合强度试验。采用金相显微镜,扫描电镜和能谱仪分别分析界面的结合程度及界面附近的化学组成。结果表明:变形量越大结合强度越高,热处理后其结合强度明显提高;结合面近域区有明显元素扩散现象。 Laminated material is two layers or multilayer compound material prepared by pressing with two or more alloys.Laminated plates are made of two aluminium alloy by rolling and compounding.The test of joining strength was conducted on laminated plates of different deformation quantity and heat treatment.Joining degree of the interface and chemistry composition near the interface were analysed by optical microscope,SEM and energy specrtrometer.Results show that the more quantity of deformation,the more joining strength of the interface.The joining strength was increased obviously by subsequent heat treatment.Elements were diffused obviously in the near joining area.
