摘要
对比经高能束控制破碎技术处理后的40CrMnSiB和40Cr弹体的威力,40CrMnSiB弹体的杀伤半径大。分析两种弹体各部位的金相组织,结果表明:两种材料的改性区为回火马氏体组织,基体为索氏体组织,改性区和基体性能的差异满足了高能束控制破碎的要求。40CrMnSiB弹体材料更适合采用高能束控制破碎技术。
After treatment of high-energy-beam controlled fragmentation technology,the lethal power of 40CrMnSiB and 40Cr shell was compared.The results showed that the lethal radius of 40CrMnSiB was higher than that of 40Cr.The microstructures of two materials after high-energy-beam treatment were analysed.The microstructure of modified area was tempering martensite,and substrate was sorbite.The differences of performance satisfied the requirement of high-energy-beam controlled fragmentation technology.40CrMnSiB is more suitable for high-energy-beam controlled fragmentation technology treatment.
