科学发展观指导下的国家示范性高职院校建设

Construction of National Demonstration Higher Vocational Schools under Guidance of Scientific Developing Concept

“国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划”的启动是对高职教育、高职院校发展有着深远意义的重大举措。围绕示范性建设，需要从宏观、微观两个层面出发，坚持科学发展观，实现不同区域、类型、专业的示范校舍理分布、协调发展；示范校与非示范校、示范性项目与非示范性项目、示范项目内各子项目的协调发展；示范性建设任务期与学院长远战略规划的协调统一，解决可持续发展问题。

The launching of ＂the national demonstration construction projects of higher vocational schools＂ is a major countermeasure that have far-reaching significance for the development of higher vocational education and higher vocational schools. Surrounding with demonstration construction, the government need to start from macro and micro levels and adhere to scientific development concept to realize the following objectives： reasonable distribution and coordinated development of demonstration schools of different regions, types and specialties; coordinated development between demonstration schools and non-demonstra- tion schools, demonstration projects and non-demonstration projects and various sub-projects within demonstration projects; harmonization between mandate time of demonstration construction and long-term strategic planning of higher vocational schools to address sustainable development issues.
