上海市中等职业教育发展的现状、问题与对策研究

The Status quo,Problems and Solutions of Secondary Vocational Education Development in Shanghai

近年来，上海市不断加强职业教育改革和发展力度，促进了中等职业学校办学规模、质量、效益和水平的显著提高，但在发展环境、课程设置、人才培养模式、财政投入、体系建设等方面还面临一系列问题。在未来发展中，上海市政府可采取以下措施：加大对职业教育发展规模的宏观调控力度，充分发挥实训中心功能，加强师资队伍建设，抓好课程改革与教材建设，加大经费投入力度。

In recent years, Shanghai continuously strengthen efforts on vocational education development and reform, which has enhanced significant increase of school size, school quality, school effectiveness and school running levels, but it also faced with a series of problems in the aspects of development environment, curriculum, personnel training model, financial investment, system building, and so on. To this end, in future development, Shanghai municipal government can take the following measures： increase macro-control efforts for the development size of vocational education, give full play to practice training centers, strengthen the building of teaching staff, do well in curriculum reform and teaching materials building and increase the input of funding.
