摘要
合成了具有硬核软壳结构、成膜温度不高于45℃,120℃条件下负载1.96 N/cm2不发粘、可用于木器涂料的自交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液。考察了聚合工艺、软/硬单体比、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)的加入量和加入方式等因素对乳液和涂膜性能的影响。研究表明:DAAM的加入可改善涂膜的抗高温回粘性,丙烯酸和DAAM以壳单体方式加入对成膜性和抗高温回粘性有利。
An ambientdry self - crosslinking core - shell acrylic emulsions for water - based wood coatings were prepared, which can be dried below 45 ℃ and shows tack -free at 120℃ and 1.96 N/cm^2 loading. The effects of polymerization precess, hard/soft monmer ratio, DAAM content and its feeding method on the prorerties of acrylic emulsions and paint films were investigated. The results indicate that addition of DAAM can improve high temperature anti - after tack of paint fihns, and incorporation of DAAM and acrylic acid as shell can improve high temperature anti -after tack and film -forming property.
