摘要
通过对醋酸丁酸纤维素(CAB)进行酸酐接枝改性,合成了可紫外光固化的改性纤维素酯树脂。讨论了活性稀释剂、光引发剂的选用对改性后醋酸丁酸纤维素性能的影响,并研究了不同材质表面的涂膜性能。改性的醋酸丁酸纤维素涂层在耐溶剂性、耐划伤性方面得到显著提高,其硬度可达4H,光泽(60°)为130,耐丙酮擦拭400次以上。
Cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB)was grafted with anhydride, which was used to prepare the UV - curable modified cellulose ester resin. The effects of active monomers and photoinitiators on the properties of modified CAB were discussed. Coating performance on different substrates were also studied. The solvent resistance and scratch resistance of the modified CAB were significantly improved. The hardness could reach 4H, the gloss (60°) 130, and the acetone rub test were over 400 times.
