摘要
介绍了航空发动机铜合金与镁合金零件表面耐高温干膜润滑涂层化学去除剂的配制方法。通过工艺实验优化各成分的参数,重点检测了化学去除剂对基体材料的腐蚀情况,模拟了零件中铜合金与镁合金之间形成的缝隙并开展缝隙腐蚀试验。结果表明,该化学去除剂能很好地满足此类型航空附件零件表面涂层去除的要求。
This article has described the preparation of chemical remover for high temperature resistant dry lubricate coat on copper alloy and magnesium alloy accessory of aeroengine. The parameter of chemical remover is optimized. The corrosion of chemical remover to body is examined. The aperture between copper and magnesium was simulated and aperture corrosion test was conducted. The result indicates that the chemical remover could satisfy the requirement of removing the lubricate film.
