摘要
通过对硬齿面圆柱齿轮热处理变形的原因分析,指出其变形的原因在于齿轮热处理后的涨大对基圆和导程的影响,进而影响了齿轮精度中的齿形的斜率偏差和齿向斜率偏差,通过理论推导给出了热处理前齿轮加工参数的修正公式,并通过工厂试验进行了验证,对实际生产有应用价值。
By analyzing the causes of the hard cylindrical gear deformation after heat treatment, it is pointed out that the growth of gear wheel affects the base circle and lead, and then it influences the slope deviations ~?f the gear pro, file and the longitudinal tooth. The formula is given to calculate the gear cutting parameters, before heat treatment by theory derivation and it is verified by the actual production, which provides the application value to the different gear manufacturing field.
