Harm to Safety of Habitual Behaviors of Surface Mining Operators and Its Solutions

提出了作业人员的习惯性行为是当前作业组织中发生事故的主要原因,分析了习惯性行为产生的机理及危害。从实现动态控制作业人员的习惯性行为的发生角度提出了解决方案。

This paper points out that the main cause of current accidents in the operation organization is the habitual behaviors of the operators. And it analyzes the mechanism and harm of the habitual behavior. The solutions to solve this problem are proposed by realizing dynamic control to the production of habitual behaviors.
