摘要
为了给单嘧磺酯这种新除草药剂的产业化生产和质量控制提供基础,指导生产实际,对不同生产批次的原药进行了定性和定量分析,定性分析结果表明,单嘧磺酯原药的有效成分是N-[2'-(4'-甲基)嘧啶基]-2-甲酸甲酯基苯磺酰脲,主要的杂质是2-氨基-4-甲基嘧啶和邻甲氧羰基苯磺酰胺,在此基础上建立了有效成分和杂质的HPLC分析方法,方法的精密度好,准确度高,适用于产品的质量分析和生产过程的控制,定量分析结果表明,有效成分的含量大于92%,杂质2-氨基-4-甲基嘧啶和邻甲氧羰基苯磺酰胺的含量分别是0.3%和4.8%.
In order to provide the quality control of monosuffuron ester, it was identified by m. p., 1R, NMR, MS, UV, and HPLC-MS analyses in this study. The results indicated that, the active ingredient of monosuffuron ester was N-[2'-(4'-methyl) pyrimidinyl]-2-methoxylcarbonyl benzene sulfonylurea, it's main impurities were 2-amino-4-metbylpryrimidine and 2-methoxylearbonyl benzenesulfonamide. On this basis, the method of HPLC analysis was established for the aetive ingredient and main impurities in mono- sulfuron ester. This method had better precision and accuracy, and was fit to quality analysis and production control. Tbe concentration of monosulfuron ester was above 92% , the concentrations of main impurities of 2-amino-4-methylprytimidine and 2-methoxylcarbonyl benzenesulfonamide were 0.3% and 4.8% respectively.
