基于比传热熵产的吹灰优化的试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental research on sootblowing optimization based on theory of specific heat transfer entropy generation

摘要 从热力学第二定律出发,应用熵产理论分析锅炉受热面的各项不可逆损失,建立锅炉受热面的传热熵产模型、流阻熵产模型、传质熵产模型、吹灰介质熵产模型、电机熵产模型,进而建立比熵产计算模型。以某电厂一台600MW锅炉为实例研究对象,采集现场DCS数据,计算各项比熵产和对应单次单位传热量的吹灰净收益,计算结果表明比传热熵产在各项比熵产中占的比重最大,各个受热面的吹灰净收益差别很大,进而提出了采用比熵产更加有利于优化吹灰系统。 Based on the second law of thermodynamics,the entropy generation theory was used to analyze the irreversible energy loss of convective heating surfaces.The heat transfer entropy generation model,the flow resistance entropy generation model,the mass transfer entropy generation model,the sootblowing media entropy generation model,and the sootblower motor entropy generation model were built,and based on that,the calculation model of specific heat transfer entropy generation was constructed.Taking the convective heating surfaces of a 600 MW power unit′s boiler as the study object,the specific heat transfer entropy generation and sootblowing net income for single unit heat transfer were calculated by using the field DCS data.The results show that the specific heat transfer entropy generation is the largest among all specific entropy generations,and each heating surface′s sootblowing net income varies greatly.Base on that,it is proposed that adopting the specific heat transfer entropy generation is advantageous to sootblowing system optimization.
