摘要
以60条500 kV输电线路工程为样本,筛选杆路长度、输送容量、覆冰、风速、地形等5个指标进行工程造价主要影响因素分析,然后根据生产要素理论设计新评价指标,并指出它们的应用范围,建立新评价指标体系,最后进行样本检验以确保结论的准确性。结果表明该评价指标体系的建立,弥补了传统造价评价指标不足,同时显著提高了输电工程造价管理水平。
Based on sixty 500 kV line construction projects,the five indices of distance,transmission capacity,ice-covering,wind speed,and landform were used as main influencing factors on engineering project costs.The theory on essential factors of production was applied to design of novel evaluation indices,and their application ranges are proposed.Consequently,the novel evaluation index system was established and checked.The results show that the new system overcomes the defects of traditional cost evaluation indices and can substantially improve the cost management level of transmission engineering projects.
