结合实际工程,运用QC小组活动质量管理方法,通过调查分析、制定对策和组织实施等阶段的2次PD-CA循环,使后植锚栓连接节点的质量得到了有效控制,积累了一定的施工经验。对加层改造工程等同类项目有一定的借鉴作用。

Based on actual projects,using the qulity control methods of QC group activities,through the various stages of investigation and analysis, formulating countermeasure and organization implementation, after 2 PDCA circulations,the quality of post planting anchor connections was effectively controlled, and accumulated a certain amount of construction experience was also accumulated, which may be a reference for similar projects, such as the adding-layer renovation project.
