摘要
在冻干工艺中,由于各种物料的含水量和成分不同,所采取的冻干曲线也不同。本文提出一种利用射频识别技术的方法。在所需要冻干的物料上贴上射频标签,标签中包含冻干材料的识别码,然后由安装在冻干机械上的射频读写器,快速地读取标签中的信息,由控制系统选择合适的冻干曲线,进行冻干工艺流程。采用这种方法,能够在几秒钟内快速准确地判断出所需的冻干曲线,大大提高了整个流程的效率。
Various materials have different freeze-drying curves in freeze-drying process because of their different moisture and ingredients. The RFID (radio frequency identification) technique is therefore proposed to improve greatly the efficiency of the whole freeze-drying process. It is done the way an RFID label is stuck on a thing which is to be frozen-dried, and the label includes its identification code. Then, the data included in the label can be quickly read out through an RF reader mounted to the freeze-drying machine. And the control system will choose the appropriate freeze-drying curve to implement the corresponding freeze-drying process. Only a few seconds it is needed to judge exactly the freeze-drying curve required if using RFID technique.
